Fantone, Elda C. (nee Belzano) age 81 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on March 3, 2008. Beloved wife of Zefferino Fantone of Paterson. Loving Mother of Paula Shanley and her husband Ken of North Caldwell and the late Vincenzo Vincent Fantone. Grandmother of Alexis Shanley and Adrian Fantone. Mother in Law of Anna Fantone of Totowa. Sister of Vanda Belzano and Lelia Belzano both of Italy, Lea Palumbo of Canada and the late Carmine Belzano. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Born in Castel di Sangro, Prov. di LAquila, Italy, she came to the U.S.A. in 1959 settling in Paterson. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Fantone was a parishioner of St. Michael's R.C. Church, Paterson. Mrs. Fantone was the foundation of her family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Friday at 9:00 AM. Funeral mass to follow at St. Michael's R.C. Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Committal to follow at Cedar Lawn Crematory, Paterson. Friends may call Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
