Mrs D'Angelo, known as Betty, was my aunt. She was a kindly, vivacious woman who really took an interest in me as a boy and young man. I send to her husband, my Uncle Henry, my great sympathy on her passing from this world.

LuAnn DeMarco Grau posted a condolence
Several years ago I met Mr. and Mrs. D at a Christmas show their grandchildren were appearing in at school. I had not seen them since Laura's wedding around ten years earlier. This unexpected meeting meant so much to me, especially during the holiday season. They greeted me so warmly as if no time at all had passed since Adele and I had been kids at P.S 27. My fond memories of your family will stay with me forever and I hope that my children will have friends with parents as wonderfull as Henry and Betty. I wrote to Adele back then and expressed my deep affection for her parents and these feelings remain. Mrs.D was a mother whose caring personality and beauty was second to none. One Lovely Lady.

Richard & Sharon Ambrose posted a condolence
I will always remember as a young boy growing up and spending many a Saturday in her basement with her late son Richard, watching and learning baseball. I will also remember the difficulty she endured during her son's illness and his passing at age 22, yet she remained strong. I will most remember Betty as a kind, proud, thoughful human being. She will be missed.
